Newport Beach, CA. (July 2, 2019) – Protecht - fintech industry disruptor and insurtech leader - was recently named as one of the 2019 Best Places to Work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal (OCBJ) and Best Companies Group.
From early 2018, it has been a company-wide goal to create a productive atmosphere with passionate minds to fuel our company goal to disrupt the live events ticketing industry. “I have said that Protecht is the “Best Place to Work” for years, comments Bryan Derbyshire, CEO, and Founder of Protecht, “but now it’s official and I feel like a proud parent as I put this award on the fridge!”
Organizations from across the county entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Orange County. To be considered for the award, Protecht was evaluated on their workplace policies, practices, demographics, and a survey was submitted to employees to gauge their experience. The combined scores determined Protecht was one of the top organizations in Orange County.
Protecht strives to not only satisfy its employees but also encourages them to have a healthy work-life balance that promotes employees to consistently provide their best work and to be at the top of their game.
“Protecht was recognized because of our amazing team,” says Amanda Arias, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, “As an organization, we are extremely proud of this accomplishment.”
