Vincit, an Orange County-based software development and design agency, receives nationwide recognition in Human Resources with Stevie Award.
The Stevie Awards for Great Employers are an international business awards competition that are open to all organizations worldwide.
The awards recognize the world's best companies to work for, and the HR teams, professionals, achievements, new products, and suppliers that help to create and drive great places to work.
“This has been an unprecedented and evolving time for businesses and workplace culture. I’m proud to see the team continue to demonstrate our commitment and passion for great culture and workplace best practices,” says Vincit CEO, Ville Houttu.
Vincit won the Achievement in Human Resources based on its accomplishments and focus on the freedom for employees to do as they would. Much of Vincit’s celebrated culture lies in the philosophy of creating a workplace where “Even Mondays don’t suck”. Direct participation and feedback from every employee are crucial elements that help shape the unique workplace culture, and have led to the creation of new benefits and programs like CEO of the Day, Uber credits, self-education bonuses, Beer of the Month club, and more.
The Stevie Awards judges noted that Vincit has a culture that truly “aligns with [their] business values and strategy” and “improves the employee experience through career investments and creating [an environment] where the employee voice is captured.”
More than 3,000 nominations from organizations around the globe of all sizes and industries were submitted this year for consideration.
