Chargezoom is looking for a Product Manager to join their team.

We are looking for a rock-star Product Manager to join our team. At Chargezoom, you will be joining one of the fastest growing FinTech companies that is leading the digital transformation of B2B payments. This is an early product hire and is an “in office” role as you will be collaborating directly with the CEO and Director of Engineering. Experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS, payments company or startup is a must.

Your Role

Researching, exploring and prioritizing product functionality Communicating CEO’s product vision to internal and external stakeholders. Collecting and visualizing data to continuously improve systems. Advocating for the customer experience in all aspects of product delivery. Serving as the product owner. Evaluating third parties for partnerships, integrations and opportunities. Promoting a team culture that is always learning motivated, and collaborative.

Ideally You Would Have

We are looking for someone who has: 5+ years of experience with payments or financial services products. Participated on a team that successfully shipped product to end users A background working in B2B environments. Experience building products under a regulated standard (PCI, BSA/AML, HIPAA, etc). Detail oriented and loves keeping track of many projects in various states. Thrives working with diverse roles across organizations, from entry level to senior executives. Functions with confidence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience working with continuous delivery engineering teams preferred. Experience with white labeling software solutions preferred. Experience with startups preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience as a Technical Project Manager or Product Manager
• Experience in payments, financial services or compliance
