Revive is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to spearhead our social media management and events coordination efforts.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling content that resonates across various platforms, engaging our audience, and fostering meaningful connections both online and offline.

A great fit for this role will have extensive experience in both social media as well as events. You enjoy crafting social media strategies just as much as you enjoy creating amazing event experiences for both companies as well as individuals. Our Community Manager needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and have a passion for real estate. While real estate experience is not a hard requirement, knowing how an agent thinks as well as what a homeowner is looking for will go a long way in leading to success in this role.

This role is not eligible for remote work and our team is currently in the office 5 days/week. There is some flexibility to work from home when needed but we do not have a hybrid structure at this time.

‍Responsibilities

• Engage and grow our presence across social media as well as at events that include; webinars, conferences, and others
• Stay abreast of real estate market trends to ensure our presence remains relevant and impactful
• Create captivating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels like TikTok
• Provide direction to our graphic designers around innovative content for print media, digital platforms, and events
• Manage community engagement across social platforms as well as create communities within homeowner specific groups like Reddit, NextDoor, and Houzz
• Build and manage a vendor pool for in person events here in OC as well as outside of California
• Coordinate strategic conference partnerships throughout the real estate industry
• Plan conference participation, design conference booths, manage schedules and travel, and ensure all Revive team members are prepared going into the conference

WHO YOU ARE:

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing social media accounts
• 2+ years of experience organizing in-person and virtual events
• Proven track record of growing social media presences over a course of years, not just months
• Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and business presentations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment or experience within a startup
• Strategic and growth mindset with an ability to gain leadership confidence
• Experience within real estate or passion for the space
• Professional verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Design experience and comfort with Photoshop, Figma, and other design tools
• Experience organizing national conferences
• Experience in the real estate, renovations, or construction industries
