Lochaber Scotland Chamber’s Trade Mission to Irvine
The British-American Business Council is assisting the Lochaber Chamber of Commerce to host an in-person trade mission to Irvine and surrounding areas in Orange County, California beginning May 20th – 23th 2024.
This trade mission is part of the Scottish Chambers of Commerce International Trade Programme on behalf of the Scottish Government.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Scottish businesses who are interested in exploring export opportunities and making business connections or collaborations in this vibrant market, which has a strong connection to Scottish culture.
Their goal is to create mutually beneficial opportunities for companies in both Scotland and Orange County by:
- Connecting businesses to potential partners;
- Supporting delegates with their international ambitions;
- Representing Scottish businesses.
What is involved?
As part of the trade mission, delegates will receive market briefings on key opportunities in Orange County and join a networking event with business organisations in Orange County. Delegates will also receive a minimum of two 1-to-1 business meetings with potential clients or trade partners in Orange County, based on company requirements.
The mission is a cross sector mission, if you are interested in learning more about any of the businesses that are attending or want to speak about potential partnerships or opportunities then please contact Eilidh MacDonald at [email protected].
