The theme for this free educational community forum is “Responsible Blockchain Innovation.”

The program is structured to illustrate that the Web3 space is not being built in isolation and offers avenues for financial inclusion and entrepreneurship. Public institutions are also developing financial security and risk mitigation tools and standards to educate and empower Web3 market participants.
